The Uavos UVH-EL rotary-wing UAV is the air vehicle component of the Surveyor-HE UAS – larger versions of the company’s UVH-290E UAV and Surveyor-H system respectively. However, the UVH-EL has a shorter endurance and lower payload capacity, as it is powered by lithium-ion batteries as opposed to the four-stroke engine of the UVH-290E. The improved platform was unveiled at DSEI in September 2019 after test flights in early
2018.
