The AR3, or AR3 Net Ray, is a fully autonomous small-UAS designed to support land-based and maritime missions, including communications support, infrastructure surveillance, ISTAR and pollution monitoring. Manufactured by Tekever, the platform was trialled by the Portuguese Navy when it was first revealed in 2015. In 2020, Nigeria purchased the AR3 for its Deep Blue maritime security
project.
