The Sky Scout-X is an armed UAV that has been manufactured by RV Connex. It is a variant of the Sky Scout and features the same performance. It is differentiated by the fact it is armed with Thales Freefall Lightweight Multirole Missiles (FFLMM). First displayed at Defence & Security 2019, the UAS is projected to commence test flights in late 2021 or early 2022. Although no formal contract had been signed, the firm had begun development work for the Sky Scout-X to be delivered to Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF). These
fly under an RTAF U1M designation. Thai media has reported this contact is for three units.
