The new-generation Patriot R2 UAS is used for military and civil/commercial applications and provides reconnaissance support. It was designed in response to fighting that occurred in Eastern Ukraine starting in 2014. The Patriot R2 is manufactured by Ukrainian company ITEC Intelligent Technology. The system was on display at IDEX 2017 in Abu Dhabi, UAE; at the 13th Edition, Arms and Security 2016 in Kiev, Ukraine; and other various exhibitions in 2014 and
2015.
