Project 22160 is a patrol ship in production for the Russian Navy by Russia’s Zelenodolsk-based AM Gorky shipbuilding company. The vessels have been designed by Severnoe Bureau to produce a seaworthy ship with a small crew and a minimum set of necessary arms. A total of six vessels are planned, which began construction in 2014. The last is expected to enter service by 2023. The vessel is also offered by the United Shipbuilding Corporation for export, which was selected by Algeria in
2018.
