The Rajshree class will consist of 13 Fast Patrol Vessels (FPV) designed and built locally by India’s Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) Limited. The vessels are the Indian Coast Guard’s first FPV, designed to conduct maritime security, anti-smuggling, anti-poaching, and rescue missions in the maritime zones of India. Flight I saw eight vessels commis-sioned between 2012 and 2013, while flight II has seen five delivered between 2019 and
2020.
