D’Entrecasteaux-class patrol ships, also known as B2M (Bâtiment Multi-Mis-sion) vessels, are in service with the French Navy, with the fourth and final ship delivered in April 2019. In 2016 it was reported that one had been ordered by Morocco, but there is no further information available. The ships mostly have a sovereignty role such as law enforcement and logistics missions such as policing EEZs, SAR, and other patrol
roles.
