The ACE 31 and 32 rifles are the 7.62x39mm members of IWI’s modular ACE weapon family, based on the mechanism of the Galil assault rifle. One reason for the introduction of the ACE 31 and 32 was to provide customers with a modern weapon that would use existing stockpiles of 7.62x39mm ammunition. The ACE family of assault rifles has an adjustable, foldable telescopic buttstock and a 360° Picatinny rail to mount optical devices and accessories. It is also compatible with the IWI 40x46mm Under Barrel Grenade Launcher
(UBGL). A semi-automatic version is available for the commercial market.
