BUMHAN air compressors on naval ships are used for starting of the diesel propulsion engines and
gas turbines, torpedo and missile ejection, deballasting, breathing, control and ship service air. Our roots, screw and reciprocating units are providing low-, medium-, and high pressure air from 1 .4bar to 350bar with capacities from 9m³ /hr to 3700m³ /hr. BUMHAN equipment meets the most demanding specifications, including high shock to MIL-5-901 D, mechanical vibration to MIL-STD-167-1N2, air and structure-borne noise levels to MIL-STD-740-1/2. We make sure our equipment will operate satisfactorily in the most severe of conditions, including when subjected to the ship's motions such as permanent inclination, extreme rolling and pitching.
