The DA42 MultiPurpose Platform (MPP) Pandion is a lightweight MPA, designed to carry out various missions, including coastal surveillance, training, anti-piracy, oil spill detection and illegal fishing prevention. The Pandion has an endurance of up to 12h while burning 4l of fuel in total. The system is powered by turbocharged AE300 jet-fuel engines from Austro Engine and is capable of using different fuel grades such as Jet A, Jet A1, TS-1, RT or JP-8, offering deployment
flexibility.
