The Talha is a tracked APC manufactured by the APC Factory of Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT). Based on the M113, it has an amphibious capability and is typically armed with a 12.7mm heavy machine gun. Production of the Talha started in 2002, with the Pakistan Army planning to field 2000 by 2010. It is unclear whether this many were ever received, but the vehicle is still in operation with the Pakistan and Iraq Armed Forces. The Saab, Sakb and Talha-C are all variants of the
