BAE Systems introduced the Bradley Next Generation (NG) at AUSA 2016 to showcase a cost-effective option for extending the M2 Bradley’s service life into the 2030s. Centred around a new hull design that shares commonality with the AMPV and M109A7, the Bradley NG offers greater protection, more electrical power, increased growth potential and enhanced mobility. Further development of the Bradley NG has resulted in the RB301 testbed vehicle, which will be used to demonstrate technology that could be integrated on
the US Army’s future OMFV platform.
