Thailand’s Defence Technology Institute (DTI) displayed the prototype of the 8x8 Amphibious Armoured Personnel Carrier (AAPC) it is developing for the Royal Thai Marine Corps (RTMC) at the November 2017 Defence & Security exhibition. The AAPC is a derivative of the 8x8 Black Widow Spider which DTI developed for the Royal Thai Army. The two vehicles also share 90% of their
components.
