The NXT 360 light tactical vehicle is intended to address the need for greater protection, increased payload potential and improved tactical mobility desired by users of the ubiquitous HMMWV. Leveraging the chassis and several design features from the original HMMWV, the platform offers a high degree of commonality and simplified maintenance for users of the existing HMMWV. Offered in a standard variant and an NXT 360 ES version with an uprated suspension and increased payload, the platform can be procured as
either a new vehicle or as a retrofit package for current HMMWV users.
