The Light Strike Vehicle (LPU) Wirus-4 was developed by a consortium of Polish companies Concept and PHO to meet the requirements of the Polish Army’s Żmija (Viper) Long-Range Reconnaissance Vehicle programme. Based on a commercial Mitsubishi L200 4x4 pickup truck chassis, it can provide rapid transport for three troops and carry sufficient equipment and supplies to sustain them for up to seven days of continuous operations. The vehicle has a ring mount on the roof and a swing mount on the passenger side for
mounting machine guns.
