The Libélula (Dragonfly) is a quadrotor unmanned aircraft developed to meet Brazilian Army specifications for a tactical reconnaissance UAV deployable at platoon level. A civilian version is also available, demonstrating the dual-use nature of the platform's design. The Libélula provides Brazilian Army platoons with an organic aerial reconnaissance capability without requiring specialist operators or ground control infrastructure, supporting the Army's objective of fielding UAS at the lowest tactical level to
improve situational awareness during dismounted operations.
