The Infotron IT180 VTOL mini-UAS is designed to perform a range of missions in civilian and military sectors, such as surveillance, site protection, inspection, pollution control, fire-fighting and search and rescue. There are three versions (electrical, electrical long-endurance and gasoline) and each can carry payloads such as gyro-stabilised HD day/night video cameras, magnetometers and radiological sensors. It is in service with the French Army and other countries in Asia and the Middle East. In February 2021,
it was announced the platform had received a series of upgrades.
