Spaitech’s Sparrow LE is a class-one, battlefield, fixed-wing TUAS designed to be launched by hand and recovered by parachute with an air cushion. It is electrically powered for almost silent operation at a cruising altitude of 500-1,000m. Spaitech is a UAS R&D and production company in Odessa, Ukraine. It is recognised for developing UAS for military and civil/commercial uses in observation, intelligence and environmental monitoring. It is assessed that Spaitech is affiliated with investment firm Ukrinmash, a
participant of the Ukroboronprom state concern which operates internationally and has more than 80,000 employees.
