<h2>MISSION</h2><p>The 3AP Mod 2 fuze was designed to increasethe capability of target interception to defeataircrafts, missiles and small boats by anadvanced RF sensor and by different settableproximity modes. The delayed impact modeallows the fuze to penetrate boat or bunker.</p><h2>DESCRIPTION</h2><p>The 3AP Mod 2 fuze is an electronic  multifunction fuze designed to be used  with 76mm L62 ammunition. It can perform  in different modes: proximity, time, air burst,  point detonation, point detonation delayed  and self-destruction. The fuze is fully programmable using a gun-mounted electronic setter, and can be set automatically at ﬁring  or manually. The fuze is fully compliant with STANAG 4187 and it is certiﬁed IM. The point detonation delayed function activates the fuze 3ms after the impact. The fuze has been qualiﬁed in accordance with STANAG 4157,  and its proﬁle is compliant with STANAG 2916 pag B-11.</p><p>PACKAGING</p>
