PACKAGING DESCRIPTION The thin walled cylindrical body is loaded withsteel pellets and is fitted with a base plug. When fired, the projectile breaks open, upon leaving the muzzle, and projects the steel pellets in a cone with an effective range of approximately 100 meters. The projectile is fixed on an aluminium cartridge case, which contains a double base multiperforated propellant and is fitted with a mechanical primer.
