The Project 22100 Okean (Ocean)-class patrol ships are being built by Zelenodolsk Shipyard for the Russian FSB Border Guard Service. Three ice-capable vessels were ordered to replace the Patrol 11351 Nerey class vessels and are the largest patrol ship operated by the FSB Border Guard. The first ship-in-class was commissioned in December 2016, and the last was initially expected to enter service in December
2019.
