The SIGMA 10514 POLA (Patrulla Oceánica de Largo Alcance) is a Long-Range Ocean Patrol Ship variant of Damen’s SIGMA 10514 design. One ship has been built for the Mexican Navy by Damen and Mexican shipyard ASTIMAR-20. The ship is expected to enter service in April 2020. Up to eight ships could be built in total. It is the first major warship to be built in Mexico since the

1930s.
