Combatboat (Stridsbåt) 90 (CB90) is a class of small, rapid attack boats designed for raiding and inshore/nearshore coastal protection operations or deploying up to 20 troops and equipment. Prototypes were ordered by the Swedish Navy in 1989, with 12 more built in 1991-92, 63 ordered in 1992, and an option for 30 exercised in 1994. A further 40 were ordered by Sweden in 1996 and another 18 in July 2017, with the latter an improved type designated CB90HSM. Boats are in service with Greece, Mexico, Malaysia, Norway
and US Navy.
