The Caracal Sniper Rifle (CSR) 308 is a heavy-barrel, manually operated, bolt-action 7.62mm NATO sniper rifle. It is manufactured from aircraft-grade aluminium, equipped with a detachable/adjustable buttstock and cheek rest. The system utilises a two-stage, fully adjustable trigger. It has a five-round (or optional ten-round) detachable magazine. All metal parts are finished with a matte corrosion-resistant coating. Various sights can be fitted on a MIL-STD-1913
