The U10F Force Transducer is low-profile high-accuracy force sensor for dynamic tension/compression applications. The U10F tensile-compressive force transducer combines exceptional precision with robust stainless-steel construction for use in defense test stands, production quality control, and experimental setups. Employing the shear force measurement principle, the U10F achieves minimal deflection and high accuracy, ideal for both static and dynamic force acquisition. Capacities range from 50 kN to 1.25 MN, with
output options including mV/V and IO-Link. Hermetically welded and IP68-rated for many configurations, the sensor resists environmental stressors while offering simple installation via dual flange mounts and corrosion-resistant fasteners. The VAIO version integrates a digital amplifier and enables real-time diagnostics, statistical monitoring, and precision readings immediately upon IO-Link connection. With linearity errors as low as 0.005% (≤ 250 kN) and thermal stability down to 75 ppm/10 K, the U10F is suited for applications requiring stringent accuracy under harsh mechanical and thermal conditions. It supports advanced features like peak detection, limit switching, and digital filtering, and is available in a wide array of configurations including double bridges, TEDS, and multiple connector options.
