The U10M Force Transducer is high-precision tension/compression sensor for defense testing systems. The U10M force transducer is a high-accuracy, low-profile sensor for measuring dynamic and static tensile-compressive forces in defense testing environments. With a rotationally symmetrical design and construction from rust-free materials, it is suited for fatigue testing, material evaluation, and production monitoring. It offers capacities from 1.25 kN to 2.5 MN and output options including mV/V and IO-Link, with

IP68 protection for many configurations and resistance against vibration, lateral loads, and thermal variation. The VAIO variant includes an integrated digital amplifier, enhancing precision (linearity errors down to 0.005% for capacities < 500 kN) and enabling sensor health monitoring, temperature tracking, and statistical feedback. With a 40 kHz internal sampling rate and over 15,000 configuration options, including TEDS, adapter types, dual-bridge setups, and connector choices, the U10M provides reliable and flexible integration into military-grade systems with minimal setup time.
