The Tyto Robotics Propeller Balancer is a software-activated dynamic balancing module integrated into the Flight Stand test platform, enabling UAV propulsion systems to be balanced to ISO 21940-11 standards. Using high-frequency accelerometers sampling at up to 800 Hz and precision RPM sensors covering 200 to 15,000 RPM, it characterizes rotational imbalance in as few as three spins and provides weight correction recommendations to reduce vibration, improve efficiency, and lower acoustic signature. Designed for

indoor test environments, the Propeller Balancer is particularly relevant to defense UAV programs where propulsion imbalance directly affects flight stability, component lifespan, and platform detectability. It is available as a licensed add-on for compatible Tyto Robotics Flight Stand systems.
