The Volz DA 22-BLDC is a full brushless actuator designed for reliable operation in harsh environments, featuring contactless position sensing and all-steel gears that eliminate wear from vibration and shock. Enclosed in an IP67-rated saltwater-resistant aluminum housing with an industrial circular M9-thread connector, it provides environmental protection suited to maritime, airborne, and field-deployed UAV and robotic applications. Available with standard PWM input or RS-485 digital interface, the digital variant
transmits shaft position along with diagnostic data including supply voltage, current, temperature, and optional humidity readings. The DA 22-BLDC can be configured with mil-spec connectors or cable glands on request, making it adaptable to defense platform integration requirements.
