The Compact UAV Engines is lightweight tactical UAV engines for gasoline & heavy fuel applications. Suter Industries, represented by UAV Propulsion Tech, develops lightweight and compact two-stroke UAV engines that offer excellent power-to-weight ratios and optimized fuel consumption. Produced in Switzerland, Suter’s propulsion systems range offers both gasoline and heavy fuel (Jet A-1, JP5, JP8) models. Well-suited for defense applications, these engines are designed to fly under extreme environmental conditions,
including low temperatures and high altitudes. Every unit is thoroughly tested and supplied with a certificate of conformance. The product line currently includes four models: TOA288 (air-cooled 288cc gasoline) TOW288 (water-cooled 288cc gasoline) TOA330-SDI (air-cooled 330cc gasoline) HF-TOA288-SDI (air-cooled 288cc semi-direct injected heavy fuel engine) All engines can be adapted to specific customer requirements, including military mission profiles.
