The SDI 2210, 2260 and 2266 MEMS Accelerometers is low-Cost 1-Axis Industrial MEMS DC Accelerometers. SDI’s 2210, 2260, and 2266 low-cost single-axis variable capacitive MEMS accelerometers are rugged plug-and-play test and measurement devices suitable for a wide array of demanding applications requiring high reliability, low noise and long-term stability. The 2210 industrial-grade sensor is packaged in a traditional 1 -inch square anodized aluminium housing, with an integrated 3-foot cable. The 2260 and 2266

industrial-grade sensor are packaged in a small-footprint housing suitable for low-SWaP designs. Each unit features a hermetically sealed, low noise SDI surface mount accelerometer, which is individually tested and calibrated by SDI before shipping, and a full calibration report is provided.
