The SDI 1527 MEMS Accelerometer is tactical-grade surface mount MEMS accelerometer for inertial sensing in military applications. SDI 1527 is a tactical-grade surface mount MEMS accelerometer that is ideal for military applications requiring high repeatability, low noise, and long-term stability under a wide range of operating temperatures. Each miniature sensor is hermetically sealed, incorporating a MEMS capacitive sense element and a custom IC with integrated sense amplifier and differential output stage.

Available in a number of different g-range options, each unit is individually factory tested and calibrated before shipment, and detailed calibration reports are provided.
