Khronos support complete tethered drone system for fixed or on-the-move surveillance. It is a complete tethered drone-in-a-box system that includes an advanced quadcopter UAV , a rugged IP54-rated base station for uninterrupted power and secure storage, and ground control software. The system can be deployed for static applications, or on a range of vehicles for on-the-move ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance). Launched in less than two minutes, the drone can hover at heights of up to 60 meters and
offers up to 24 hours of persistent operation. It can be deployed without needing to leave the vehicle, and provides an automatic “follow me” capability that works at speeds of up to 30 km/h. The tethered drone is RF-silent and can operate effectively even under GNSS-denied conditions, making it impervious to jamming and spoofing attacks. It can be equipped with a choice of two stabilized EO/IR gimbals, the NDAA-compliant NextVision Raptor or the DragonEye.
