The FN RMP (Rocket Machine Gun Pod) is a self-contained, all-in-one helicopter weapon system developed by FN Herstal that integrates a .50 calibre FN M3P machine gun, a 250-round ammunition box, and a three-tube 2.75-inch rocket launcher within a single housing. The consolidated design eliminates the need for separate weapon and rocket installations on the same pylon station. The FN RMP is engineered to maintain reliable function in sandy and dusty conditions, and the combined machine gun and rocket capability
allows crews to engage a wider range of target types from a single pod without reconfiguring the aircraft's weapons loadout.
