The Dillon M134D is a six-barrelled, electrically driven 7.62mm Gatling gun that fires at a fixed rate of 3,000 rounds per minute. The standard application for the gun is helicopter crew-served and/or in a fixed forward-fire installation. The weapon is typically fed from a 3,000- or 4,400-round magazine and sold as a complete weapon system or as a component upgrade package for older GE M134
systems.
