The IA-63 Pampa is a two-seat jet trainer and light attack aircraft designed and manufactured by FAdeA (Fábrica Argentina de Aviones) with assistance from Dornier for the Argentine Air Force (AAF). Due to a lack of funding, only 18 aircraft were built in the first batch (1988-90). The second batch (2006-07) consisted of six improved Pampa II aircraft developed with assistance from Elbit
Systems.
