Unveiled at the 2013 MSPO exhibition, the Oncilla is a licence-produced variant of the Ukrainian Dozor-B 4x4 armoured vehicle which incorporates several minor improvements to correct flaws in the original design. Although developed by Cyprus-based firm Lacenaire, the vehicle is built in Poland by Mista. Dissatisfied with the Dozor-B, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have decided to procure this variant of the vehicle instead and it has also been exported in small numbers to
