The Patriot II multipurpose 4x4 armoured vehicle is a further development of Excalibur Army’s original Patriot. Longer and heavier than its predecessor, the Patriot II is based upon Tatra’s Force truck chassis to provide a high degree of cross-country mobility. Able to accommodate a greater payload than the Patriot, it can seat up to eight personnel and is also capable of mounting a remote weapons station armed with a machine gun or 20mm cannon. Designed to be suitable for different roles, the Patriot II can also
be configured as an ambulance, C2 vehicle, CBRN reconnaissance platform or weapons carrier for mortars or ATGMs. A version aimed at Polish Army requirements has also been developed in cooperation with HSW.
