Description
Mitsubishi developed the 120mm-armed Type 10 MBT to meet the requirements of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) and publicly revealed a prototype in February 2008. The Type 10 entered service in January 2012 and more than 100 had been built by late 2017. The JGSDF is expected to receive 255-300 Type 10 tanks in
total.
