The Pars 4x4 is an amphibious 4x4 developed by FNSS to meet the Turkish Land Forces’ requirement for a wheeled antitank vehicle. It has a power-to-weight ratio of 25hp/t, a low silhouette and can be transported by CH-47 Chinook helicopters. On 27 June 2016, Turkey’s SSM defence procurement agency signed a contract with FNSS for 76 Pars 4x4 and 180 tracked Kaplan antitank
